Alan Neurick

With over 25 years of successful legal practice, Alan Neurick is annually regarded as a highly rated lawyer in Maryland and Washington, D.C. After having experience with both the plaintiff's and defense practices of civil litigation, Alan formed the law firm of Neurick LLC to further improve the client's experience. Neurick LLC primarily represents individual and corporate plaintiffs and defendants in General Litigation, Personal Injury, Breach of Contract, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Appeals, Collections, Insurance Coverage, and in providing Confidential Legal Advice. Regular clientele of the firm range from a Fortune 100 company to local individuals and businesses requiring effective and efficient legal representation and results.
Prior to forming Neurick LLC, Alan was a partner and principal at several prominent law firms where he was lead counsel in various types of cases, including: personal injury, breach of contract, motor vehicle (car, truck, motorcycle, pedestrian) accidents, brain injuries, environmental / carbon monoxide litigation, insurance coverage, and business disputes. Alan pursues a successful commercial debt and
judgment collections practice, assisting individuals and businesses both before, and after, judgment in making positive recoveries. Alan's analysis and strategies have also resulted successfully in complex insurance coverage cases, setting new precedents at the state and federal appellate court levels.
When he is not practicing law, Alan enjoys boating and wakesurfing on the Chesapeake Bay, hiking and outdoor sports. He also plays competitive pickleball and is a two time gold medalist in men's doubles at the Maryland Senior Olympics. Alan is also a dedicated volunteer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Maryland non-profit Sanbayan, Inc.

Bella Winslow

Bella is an associate attorney with the firm, focusing her practice on litigation and personal injury, and assisting in the representation of individuals and businesses as both plaintiffs and defendants. She is a member of the Texas Bar and is awaiting admission to the Maryland Bar, having passed the bar examinations in both states.
Bella graduated summa cum laude from the University of Baltimore School of Law with the highest honors. She was inducted into the Heuisler Honor Society (top 10% of the graduating class), served as a distinguished scholar in the Royal
Graham Shannonhouse III Honor Society, and competed as a member of the National Environmental Law Moot Court Team. She also served as a teaching assistant.

Bella previously clerked for a prominent Maryland law firm, gaining experience in a range of different matters, including: Tort matters, corporate defense, criminal pleas, mechanics' liens, consumer credit protections, and wage payment and collection. Bella was also admitted as a Rule 19 Student Attorney for the University of Baltimore School of Law Civil Advocacy Clinic, and handled all aspects of representing indigent clients in landlord-tenant matters in Baltimore City, and appeared in Baltimore City's Rent Court.
